TERM The period of time between the beginning loan date on the legal documents and the date the entire balance of the loan is due. HOLDOVER TENANT One who stays on the leased premises after his lease has expired. LEGAL DESCRIPTION A description which is complete enough that an independent surveyor could locate and identify a specific piece of real property. TRUST FUND ACCOUNT An account set up by a broker at a bank or other recognized depository, into which the broker deposits all funds entrusted to him by his principal or others. |
